Columbus River Co. offers tube rentals and transport from Waldo's Camp!
The Scoop:
Columbus River Co. operates out of Waldo's Camp to offer an awesome tubing experience! From Waldo's Camp, Columbus River Co. will shuttle tubers upstream, for FREE, to begin their tubing adventure. Tubing exit will be back at Waldo's Camp at the infamous blue wall! Float time is 2-3 hours, depending on the water flow and any sandbar stops. Tubing cost is $15 per person for non-campers, $10 per person for campers. Hard bottom cargo tubes are available to rent for $10 each.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to shuttle time to prepare to float the river. The shuttle will leave Waldo's Camp at the exact shuttle time, and if tubers risk missing their tube time if they are not prepared to leave on time.
No Styrofoam of any kind is allowed on the river.
Open alcohol containers are not allowed when entering and exiting the river.
No glass containers allowed.
No plastic jello shot containers allowed.
We can provide adult lifejackets, but we DO NOT furnish kids' lifejackets. If your child needs a lifejacket, please bring one with you.
No Day Use inside Waldo's Camp.
Ice and refreshments are NOT available for purchase at Waldo's Camp. Please bring your own with you when you come.
Wear water shoes that secure to your feet (not flip flops as they will float away!)
Hard bottom cargo tubes available for rent if needed.

Please note that due to weather forecasts and river flow, reservations may only be booked a maximum of 72 hours prior to your desired float date. If you are wanting to book a last minute tube time (same day floating) please call before submitting a booking request to check availability.
GETTING HERE
We are located in Columbus, Texas right along the Colorado River, conveniently close to Houston, Austin, and area events like the RoundTop Antiques Fair among others.
